Devoras I.R.C. 1911 Commanded by Admiral Mendak. The Devoras met the Enterprise-D inside the Romulan Neutral Zone, ostensibly to transfer Federation Ambassador T'Pel aboard the Devoras for treaty negotiations, in 2367. In actuality, T'Pel was a Romulan agent named Subcommander Selok, and the transfer was her means of escape into Romulan hands.

The Haakona intervened when the Federation starships Yamoto and Enterprise-D violated the Romulan Neutral Zone in 2365 while in search of the planet Iconia. The Haakona, along with the Enterprise-D, was nearly destroyed by the Iconian software weapon that did destroy the Yamato.
