History:
A spacefaring humanoid race that have colonised a region of the Alpha Quadrant centred on Tandara Prime. For many years they lived in peaceful coexistence with the Suliban. Following the rise of the Cabal however, they interned all Suliban citizens in brutal detention centres in order to prevent them from joining the outlaws. There was a general air of paranoia among the Tandarans with even suspicious outsiders held without trial. Archer and Tucker were held in such a camp in 2151 and helped many interns escape.
