	Planetside Starfleet facility located in the Scylla Sector, near Epsilon IX Sector. Captain Picard and Wesley Crusher traveled there by shuttle in 2365, when Picard underwent a cardiac replacement procedure for his bionic heart, and Wesley took academy test.
