	History:
	Planetside facility. Commanded by Commodore Stone in 2267 when this base was the size of Kirk's court-martial for the death of Commander Ben Finney. TOS "Court Martial" .The Enterprise later returned to Starbase 11, when under the command of José Mendez, when Spock abducted Captain Christopher Pike to live among the Talosians.
