	History:
	When future Voyager captain Kathryn Janeway had just earned the rank of commander early in her career, she served aboard the Starship Billings. Future Voyager security chief Tuvok also served on the Bilings during that time. During her first year aboard, Janeway sent an away team to survey a volcanic moon. The shuttle was damaged by a magma eruption, and three crew members were severely injured. Janeway felt responsible for the incudent, and the next day, she returned to the moon alone to complete the survey. She wanted the crew to know that their suffering had not been in vain. Named for the city in south central Montana VOY "Night" ; Star Trek Encyclopedia III
