The other El-Aurian refugee ship wasn't identified by name in the movie, but the computer readout screen on the science officer's console of the Enterprise-B bridge gave that ship's name as the S.S. Robert Fox, for the Federation ambassador from TOS "A Taste of Armageddon". The Name was suggested by movie cowriter Ronald D. Moore.

History:
The Whorfin-class was a type of transport vessel used by the Federation in the late 23rd century.
Two Whorfin-class starships, the SS Lakul and the SS Robert Fox, were destroyed by the Nexus energy ribbon in 2293.
The Whorfin-class was the first starship in the Star Trek saga to be completely computer generated, as no physical model was built in this design.
The class was likely named after Lord John Whorfin, the leader of the evil Red Lectroid army, who posessed the body of Dr. Emilio Lizardo in the movie "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension".
