	The ITA Elmira was a starship that was in service in the latter half of the 24th century. In 2370, the Elmira was under the command of G. Gulliver. In that year, the Elmira departed the planet Canine Delta V bound for Deep Space 9, and was due to arrive at the space station on stardate 47552.9. DS9 "Whispers" The Elmira was never mentioned or shown, it was simply listed in an okudagram graphic of an arrival roster on a viewscreen.
