History:
This small Suliban vessel seemed amazingly versatile. It was armed and could be used in offensive and defensive roles as well of being capable, it would seem, of warp flight. This in spite of only being large enough to accommodate two occupants. They may also have had cloaking capability.
Hundreds of such vessels were discovered magnetically docked to a Suliban helix spacestation in the first mission of Enterprise NX-01 in 2151.
Using a grappler, the crew of Enterprise were able to capture one to rescue the Klingon Klaang from the helix.
