History:
In 2151, Nausicaan pirates attacked the cargo ship Fortunate leaving it damaged. When Enterprise NX-01 arrived to help, T'Pol discovered a Nausicaan prisoner hidden on board. The Nausicaans surrounded the Fortunate and boarded her. First Officer Ryan agreed to surrender his prisoner, when he was convinced that prolonging the conflict might put his own family at risk from attack. The pirate fighters were small, fast, manoeuvrable vessels, with large wing structures surrounding the primary hull. They outclassed and outmanoeuvred the Y-class freighter until Enterprise evened the odds.
