History:
A small transport vessel used by the colonists of Ra'Duros to flee Klingon territory. When Enterprise encountered the vessel it was drifting helplessly and the refugees aboard were near starvation. When a Klingon D5 cruiser arrived, claiming that the fugitives were rebels against Klingon rule, Archer refused to hand them over and found himself in a Klingon court charged with abetting their cause.
Seen in comparison with Enterprise, the vessel appeared to be approximately 50 metres in length. It carried 54 passengers, of which only 27 survived. It is not known whether this was its maximum capacity or indeed if this exceeded it. In design, it was of a standard cargo/transport ship configuration consisting of an angular main hull with a tapering bow, where the bridge was most likely located, and twin primary propulsion nacelles flanking the stern. Whether it was equipped with any defensive weaponry is unknown but, if so, it was liable to be ineffectual against the might of a Klingon cruiser.
