This xindi probe operated by a single reptilian pilot. The deadly probe, cut a swath from Florida to Venezuela with a powerful beam emitter. After the mission was completed the probe crunched up, then broke apart and crash landed in central asia, killing the pilot instantly. All three weapons need an activation code from each of the council members in order for the weapons to be actived.
