History:
The more-prevalent type, is of an elegant, harp-shaped, organic design consisting of a central hull with a deflector dish at the bow. To either side are mounted curved structures, presumably the warp nacelles, and there are three trailing elements at the rear, forming a tail. These vessels are well-armed and have transporter technology. They can also generate some kind of energy portal to escape pursuit.
Enterprise encountered several of these ships in the Delphic Expanse in 2153: on one occasion the Xindi retrieved the spy Raijin from the starship; on another the Enterprise crew tried to track a Xindi ship to its base but it escaped through a portal.
