History:
The xindi council was formed after their homeworld was destroyed in an attempt to unify the remaining five races and look for another homeworld.
The council consists of the primates seating next to the reptilians. The arboreals seating next to the insectoids and the aquatics in the centre.
The council is located inside an ancient xindi avian stronghold on an unidentified planetoid. The council also houses a number of quaters. Each designed for the species that use them.
Delegates can enter the council through two entrences. There is a horse shoe shaped table is located in the center of the council. There are four different types of seats located around the table. Each seat is designed for the specific species that is using it. There is a fluidic tank located in the center of the council where the aquatic species can preside over the meetings. The table is equipped with holographic emitter to display alien biometric data and weapon schematics as well as a display unit for the council members to witness the super weapon tests. The planet on which the council is based also houses a underground planet killer launch platform.
Around the council various artifacts from the six species are displayed.
