History:
Delphi Ardu. Planetary system in which was located the last outpost of the now-defunct Tkon Empire. The Starship Enterprise-D and a Ferengi Marauder spacecraft were detained there by the Tkon outpost in 2364 when the Federation made first contact with both Ferengi and the surviving Tkon outpost.
