History:
The vessel of the Beta Moon representative Lathal Bine is of the Merchantman class. The Trill ambassador Odan negotiated a peace accord between the Alpha and Beta Moons of the planet Peliar Zel in 2367, when the two communities were in conflict over use of the planet's magnetic field as a source of power.
